How to report a correction
Reader corrections help keep calculators and guides clear. We review reports about formula behavior, examples, assumptions, outdated links, unclear wording, accessibility issues, and policy-page accuracy.
Send the page and issue
Email utilityfinance.support@digitalrichkid.com with the page URL, the section or calculator result you are questioning, and a short explanation of what appears wrong or unclear.
How we review reports
We compare the report against the live page, the source calculator behavior, related guide content, and the stated assumptions. If a correction affects user understanding, we update the page rather than only changing internal notes.
What may change
A correction may change formula copy, example numbers, FAQ wording, links, disclaimer language, metadata, or the visible last-updated date. Minor typo fixes may be handled without a separate notice.
What we cannot do
We cannot verify a user's personal loan quote, credit profile, tax position, investment suitability, or household budget. For personal decisions, confirm numbers with a qualified professional or the relevant financial provider.
